King Street Wharf is a mixed-use tourism, commercial, residential, retail and maritime development. Located on the western edge of Sydney’s central business district, it consists of four residential towers and a diverse range of dining and function venues on the waterfront.
We have a complex site with multiple entities and Strata plans; not only was the LED upgrade executed professionally from the initial walk through and scope, to the installers and final completion.
