Located south of the majestic Yarra river in one of Melbourne’s most sought after areas, Vogue Apartments is the first true residential-retail complex with 30 levels of over 500 apartments as well as Woolworths and Big W amongst a number of other retail shopping outlets.
Our common area energy costs were increasing year on year. When Next Green Group approached us with a LED lighting solution, the offer was simply too good to refuse. The energy we now use has been reduced significantly and importantly, the ongoing maintenance of having to change tubes is now a thing of the past.
